Digital Prescriptions
Your doctors write the prescription on screen — medicines with dose, frequency, timing and duration, plus diagnosis, advice and a follow-up — then sign it into a PDF that carries the doctor’s signature and a tamper-check stamp. Once signed it cannot be edited; a correction creates a new version and keeps the old one.

The doctor dictates into the prescription pad instead of typing, and sees an AI panel built from the pre-consultation notes — a short summary, red flags, possible diagnoses with the evidence for and against each, and suggested tests. Nothing is applied on its own: the doctor accepts or rejects every item, and each decision is recorded.

Pricing FAQ
The questions doctors ask first.
Do you take a cut of patient payments?
No. We never charge a per-patient or per-appointment commission. Patient payments are taken through a card/UPI gateway — Razorpay or Cashfree — and settle to your registered bank account on that gateway’s standard timeline. Which gateway your clinic runs on is set up by Treatlly.
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes — no credit card required. You get the full Growth plan during the trial, including multi-location, custom domain, and accountant dashboard. Switch plans or cancel anytime before day 14.
What happens when a day hits its appointment allowance?
The booking is refused with a message on screen. There is no metered overage and nothing is billed per appointment, so a full day stays full until you make room. Two things worth knowing: the allowances are per day, not per month, and follow-ups are counted inside the same daily appointment allowance rather than on top of it. Cancelled, completed and no-show bookings don’t hold a place, so the day frees up as it goes. To take more, raise the daily allowance in advance from Billing → Customize Limits (₹1 per extra appointment per day, ₹30/mo), or book the patient on another date.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately, with no downtime or migration.
Where is patient data stored?
All personal and health data is stored on servers within India, aligned with the IT Act 2000 / SPDI Rules and the DPDP Act 2023. You’re the data fiduciary; we’re the processor.
