How we intend the program to work
This is the shape we are building towards. None of these steps are open to you yet.
You tell us you're interested
Write to us through the contact form with who you are and the clinics you work with. We keep your details and come back to you when partner onboarding opens.
You get a referral link
Once the program opens, each partner will be given their own OPD referral link to share, as a link or as a QR code.
Clinic signs up & subscribes
The clinic would open your link, sign up for Treatlly and start a paid subscription, and the referral would be attributed to you from that link. No link exists to open today.
Commission on a confirmed subscription
The intention is that once that subscription is confirmed and not refunded, a commission becomes due to you. The rate, the confirmation period and how partners are paid are still being settled, and will be agreed in writing before you refer anyone.

What it will include
What we are building for partners
A partner portal, referral links and commission terms written down in advance. This is the plan, not a live offer.
A partner dashboard
The plan is a portal of your own that shows every click, sign-up and subscription that came from your link, and how far each referral has got.
QR codes & shareable links
Each referral link is intended to come with a QR code you can print on a visiting card, share on WhatsApp or put in a presentation, with scans counted against that link.
Commission written down first
Commission is intended to be calculated from what the referred clinic actually pays Treatlly. No rate is published today; whatever we settle on will be agreed with you in writing before you refer anyone.
A confirmation period
A referral is only meant to count once the clinic's subscription is confirmed and has not been refunded or cancelled. The length of that window is one of the things we are still fixing.
Separate links per campaign
Partners should be able to create more than one link and label each one, so you can tell which audience, event or campaign a sign-up actually came from.
OPD first
The program will start with OPD, the clinic subscription Treatlly sells today. That is the only referral link we plan to issue to begin with.

Why it is not open yet.
A referral program is a commitment to pay people. We would rather open late than sign partners up to terms we have not finished writing. These are the four things being settled before anyone is invited in.
The commission rate and what it is based on
Nothing is published, and we are not quoting a figure until it is decided. It will be part of a written partner agreement, not a number on a web page.
The confirmation window
How long we wait after a referred clinic pays before the referral counts, so that a refunded or cancelled subscription does not create a commission.
How partners actually get paid
The payment method, how often it runs, and the paperwork. Any commission paid in India needs a PAN and a bank account on record, so there will be a verification step.
Who is eligible
The program is meant for people who introduce clinics they do not own. Referring your own clinic will not be eligible, and clinic owners are not the audience for it.

Please note: while the program is closed we will never ask you for bank details, PAN or a joining fee, and we are not issuing referral links. If someone contacts you claiming otherwise on Treatlly's behalf, tell us.
