Does Treatlly charge per patient?
Never. Our revenue model is subscription-only with the ability to customize plans per tenant. No surprise taxes on your growth.

Do you support multiple locations?

Absolutely. Drag-n-drop sections, tenant-specific manifests, and shared Liquid components keep storefronts flexible.
Do you offer patient apps?
Two different apps, and they do different jobs. Patients can book, see their appointments, download receipts and open any prescription their doctor has already issued them — all from your clinic's website on any phone browser — and they get an SMS whenever a booking is confirmed, moved or cancelled. If you want your own listing on the App Store and Google Play, under your clinic's name, logo and colours, that is the branded patient app — a ₹2,499/month add-on that we build and submit for you. Doctors and clinic admins use the Treatlly staff app instead, which is one shared Treatlly app for every clinic rather than a branded one.
Can doctors write prescriptions inside Treatlly?
Yes. Digital Prescriptions is a ₹499/month add-on you switch on yourself from Billing → View plans. The doctor types the prescription on screen, saves the ones they repeat as their own reusable templates, and signs it into a PDF carrying their signature and a tamper-check stamp. Two things to know before day one: the template library starts empty, so every template is one your doctors save, and each doctor uploads a signature image once before they can sign anything.
Do you offer voice dictation or AI clinical insights?
Yes — both come with the AI Pack, an add-on at ₹1,999 per doctor per month that you add from Billing → View plans. It sits on top of Digital Prescriptions, so you need that add-on as well. You switch AI on doctor by doctor, so you are billed only for the doctors who actually use it, and the monthly allowance of AI actions is pooled across them. Voice dictation lets a doctor speak instead of type. The AI panel reads the notes taken at check-in and offers a summary, red flags, possible diagnoses with the evidence for and against each, and questions worth asking — nothing is applied on its own, the doctor accepts or rejects every item, and each decision is recorded. What is Clinic Flow?
Clinic Flow turns your front desk into a check-in counter. Reception checks in today's confirmed patients as they arrive and each one gets a token number — by default once reception has saved a short assessment, or straight away if you switch that step off — and the doctor's list re-orders by token instead of booking time. Video appointments stay out of the in-clinic queue by design. There is no add-on to buy for it — ask us, we enable it for your clinic, and your clinic admin then turns it on in Settings.
Can I use a custom domain for my clinic?
Yes. Every clinic starts on a ready-made Treatlly web address, and you can point your own domain at it whenever you are ready. You add the domain in Settings, make the one DNS change we show you at whoever sold you the domain, then press Verify — we check the DNS ourselves and issue the HTTPS certificate automatically.
Do you support coupons or discount codes?
Yes. Create coupon codes with flat or percentage discounts, target new or existing customers, set usage limits and expiration dates, and track redemptions in real time.
What happens when I reach my plan's daily allowance?
Your plan's appointment and follow-up allowances are counted per day, not per month, and follow-ups come out of the same daily appointment allowance rather than sitting on top of it. When a day is full, the next booking for that date is refused with a clear message on the spot — nothing is quietly let through and billed to you afterwards, because there is no per-appointment overage charge. Extra capacity is bought in advance: raise the daily allowance (or add doctors, locations and slots) from Billing → Customize Limits at the fixed monthly price shown there, and the higher allowance applies from then on.
How does doctor verification work?
When you add a doctor you record their registration number and pick the medical council that issued it from the list of Indian state and national councils. Where that council publishes to the National Medical Commission's online register, Treatlly checks the name, number and council against it while you wait. Where it doesn't, or the details don't match, the doctor stays pending and you submit documents for manual review instead. The profile always shows where a doctor stands — unverified, pending verification, manual review, verified or verification rejected — and once a doctor is verified the status cannot be quietly changed back.
Are invoices generated automatically?
Yes. Every charge produces an invoice with its own reference number, readable in the dashboard and downloadable as a PDF, with the base plan, per-doctor charges, add-ons, discounts and GST set out line by line. Billing runs on one standing instruction you authorise once (UPI AutoPay, card or bank e-mandate), and an upgrade mid-cycle is charged pro-rata. The payment provider behind it, Razorpay or Cashfree, is chosen and run by Treatlly — there is nothing for you to pick or configure.
Where is data stored?
All PHI stays within India in encrypted stores. Public APIs use signed tokens so only in-product JS can call them.
